This agreement is made on _____________, 2021 and is between the breeder (seller) and the buyer named below: Breeder (seller): Richeson, Amanda Buyer name: ______ ________ Buyers Address _______________________________ Buyer Contact Number: ______________________ The buyer agrees to obtain from the seller/Breeder a German Shepherd Puppy from Sire________________________________ Dam_____________________________________ Sex: Color: _______________ Collar Color___________ this is determined at 6 weeks old Date of birth: ___________________________For the amount of $ __________ .00 Total of $__________ Deposit of $500.00 is required to hold the dog of choice/ picking order. Deposit is nonrefundable, even if buyer backs out of agreement! Deposit can be transferred to another litter BUT WON’T BE REFUNDED! If paying through PayPal, please send friends and family otherwise include an extra 5% fee, THIS FEE GOES TO PAYPAL! Price is $1800 on a spay/neuter contract (limited AKC) or $2800 with full Breeding right( Full AKC) only with prelims first.

The Purchasing Owner may choose any name he/she desires for the Puppy/dog, but must use the prefix (RICH VON FREEDOM) in naming the Puppy/dog. Example is Justice Rich Von Freedom. This just helps us to trace where our dogs originate from. This puppy was vet checked and given a clean bill of health before leaving for its new home and has had immunizations in the attached health record that you take home with you puppy/dog.

If buyer takes puppy to the vet seller is not liable for the bill. There will be no discussion of reimbursement if the buyer goes to another vet. The Seller will not reimburse any vet cost or shipping costs. The Parents of the puppies are either Stamped threw SV or OFA certified as free of hip dysplasia and comes from many generations of puppy/dogs who are free of hip dysplasia. The dog/puppy is expected to be free of hereditary crippling hip dysplasia. However, no guarantee of such is/or can be made or intended herein the reason for this is hips issues are approx. 25 percent genetical and 75 percent environmental; I the Breeder cannot keep the puppy/dog from high impact on the joints after it leaves me, but I am happy to educate you and help you keep them from this happening to prevent.

The Purchasing Owner agrees to have the male dog neutered (castrated) & female dogs spayed before 24 months of age. A copy of the spay/neuter certificate will be emailed to the Breeder/Seller within 1 week of the procedure. Breeder/Seller elects to use the AKC LIMITED registration program for puppies sold on Spay/Neuter contracts. The dog will be registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC) with the Purchasing Owner as the listed owner of record if they choose to send in the AKC application provided when puppy/dog goes home. You the seller will need to send in the application. Breeder/Seller elects to use the AKC LIMITED registration program for puppies sold on Spay/Neuter contracts, and FULL is with breeding rights after Prelims are performed (a passing score of Fair or better). If you breed your dog without rights to do so seller has rights to repossess dog/puppies and there is a monetary penalty of $5,000. We work very hard to produce the best and part of this is bring over new lines and protecting our Lines from being breed to what we do not approve of.

Males can breed as early as 6 months and females will come into heat at about 8 months. Watch your puppy CLOSELY and be RESPONSIBLE!

FULL RIGHTS____________________ Buyer Signature _____________________________ FULL is with breeding rights after Prelims are performed (a passing score of Fair or better, must not breed before 18 months) I personally recommend waiting until 24 months and OFA or PinnHips are done. If puppy is allowed to breed prior to hip/elbow certifications, Breeder will take legal action to repossess the puppy as we consider this irresponsible pet ownership and detrimental to the breed. All court costs and other costs will be at expense of Purchaser. TO AVOID LEGAL ACTIONS - DO NOT ALLOW YOUR PUPPY TO BREED UNTIL YOU MEET OUR REQUIREMENTS! Please remember – breeding is to BETTER the breed, get your certifications PRIOR to breeding. ALL legal action will Only take place in the State of Kentucky in the county of Mason. NEW OWNER OBLIGATIONS

New owners promise to provide puppy a kind and loving environment, with proper care and necessary veterinarian care. I recommend your Puppy be taken through an obedience/socialization class by 4- 6 months of age. I cannot stress enough, the importance of obedience class and socialization for a German shepherd puppy. The personality of a puppy is Page 3 of 4 well developed by 4-6 months of age and improper socialization (or lack of) can result in an overly anxious/or fearful puppy when attempting socialization as a much older pup or adult. A well-mannered puppy does NOT just happen, your puppy will become what you allow them to become. The buyer agrees to take good care of this dog, feed and house properly, maintain them up to date on shots. The dog’s outdoor area shall be safe and secure for the dog and everyone else. If the dog is found to be allowed to run freely and hence creating a public nuisance or found to be neglected, abused or allowed to live in poor health or conditions the Seller has all rights to repossession of this dog with no refund to Buyer. The death, injury or loss of said dog due to theft, carelessness, recklessness, abuse, neglect, heat stroke or accident will not entitle the Buyer to any compensation from the Seller. Breeder may be contacted at any time for advice and concerns. Please do not hesitate to call if you have questions about your puppy. An occasional update and picture of puppy would be greatly appreciated.

New owners must keep address and phone number current with Breeder. Legal actions will be taken to return puppy to Breeder if reports of neglect are indicated. It is our sincere desire to find Forever Homes for our puppies. Do not take ownership of a puppy lightly; if you are not prepared to care for this puppy for his entire lifetime (10-15 years) then do not adopt one of our puppies. We do understand that there are situations that cannot be helped or foreseen. Best advice is to Keep us in the Loop and we can help in any way we can. If for ANY reason the new owners can no longer keep the puppy, they MUST notify Breeder immediately and the puppy/dog must be returned to the Breeder!! You may not resale a puppy you buy from us without our permission. If we find out that this is done there is a monetary penalty of $5,000. Buyer Signature_____________________

Under no circumstance is a Freedom Shepherds puppy ever to be taken to the Humane Society or turned over to a Rescue Organization. Humane Societies and Rescue Organizations are for unwanted puppies - no Freedom Shepherds puppy/dog is ever unwanted. We will take back any puppy that we produce or sell. By signing this contract, you are agreeing to a $5,000 monetary penalty in the event that you break the terms of this contract and attempts to resell, rehome or drop off one of our dogs at a humane society. Legal action will be taken against the Buyer if you do not contact us to allow us to make arrangements to have the puppy returned to us. By signing this contract, you are accepting that responsibility, and any legal fees associated with repossessing the puppy and court costs. IF YOU FEED A POOR-QUALITY PUPPY FOOD YOUR PUPPY WILL SUFFER FROM A POOR OR WEEK IMMUNE SYSTEM AND CAN, GET ALL TYPES OF ILLNESSES INCLUDING, HIP ISSUES, RASHES AND HAIR LOSS, IT ALSO CAN ATTRIBUTE AND BE THE MAIN CAUSE OF DEMODEX MANGE TO APPEAR. Shipping

Shipping is available either by ground or via air depending on the time of year, temperature, etc. Shipping typically runs $500 to $650 depending on the size, age, and drop off destination. Shipping costs are due 1 week prior to shipping. Puppies shipping out must be paid for 7 days prior to ship date. WE DO NOT SHIP TO HAWAII!! The puppy will be allowed to go home at 8 weeks of age. Every day your puppy is held past 8 weeks, due to inability to pick up will be charged at $15 per day, unless previously discussed with us and other arrangements have been made. Owners who have not paid for their pups by 8 weeks of age will incur a $15 a day fee until the pup has been paid for and picked up. Breeder reserves the right to place your pup with another party, if pup has not been paid for by the end of the 12th week of age or picked up by. By signing below, you are acknowledging that you have read the entire contract and that you agree to abide by all that has been stated within.
